DAMEON BURCIE

Vice President

Dameon is a Captain for Dallas fire rescue and assigned to Emergency Operations. Dameon is married and has 4 children. Dameon wanted to be part of the Krodle Foundation so he could set an example of giving back after the tragedy of losing a child. Dameon loves being around the brotherhood and people who want to care for and serve others. Dameon currently serves as Vice President of the Foundation. Contact him at

BRANDON ASBERRY

Secretary

Currently assigned to Paramedic Outreach, Brandon is a Firefighter/Paramedic for Dallas Fire Rescue. He is married and has 2 children. Brandon wanted to be a part of not only the fire service, but also a group that reaches out in a time of need for firefighters and their families. MIKE MILAM

Treasurer

Currently a Battalion Chief for Dallas Fire Rescue, Mike is assigned to the Training Division. He is married and has 2 children. Mike’s main desire in being a part of the Foundation is to make an impact by serving others. Taking care of others to let them know they are not alone is his favorite part of the Foundation. MILTON WILLIAMS

Director of Development

Retired from Dallas Fire Department after 34 years. Married to Donna and father to 4 children. Milton worked with Todd Krodle for over 12 years. When he came on the Foundation, he felt he needed a new purpose for himself after dealing with 2 FF deaths that were close to him. His favorite part of being on the Board is how quickly we act to help our members. He now serves as the Director of Development for the Foundation. Contact him at

FERNANDO ACUNA

Events/Volunteer Coordinator

Fernando is currently an active member of the Dallas Fire Rescue. He has 2 sons. He feels the Foundation is the best group that serves the Department in a time of need at a personal level. Fernando loves the fact that not many things are more special than being able to extend one’s hand to help others. Fernando is currently our Events/Volunteer Coordinator.

Kurt Krodle

Chairman of the Board

Kurt is currently a full time Minister at First Baptist Church of Arlington. He is also the brother of Lt. Todd Krodle. He is married to Theresa and has three kids, Kason, Adelaide and Todd. Kurt has been on the board since its inception in 2014 and has the desire to “pay it forward” as our family was shown during Todd’s Line of Duty death in 2011. My husband Justin is an Engine Driver at 11's on C shift and has been with the department for 16 years.

My favorite thing about the Krodle foundation as they put God first which is how Todd lived his life. The foundation really finds ways to help our fire families out in the best way possible and really tries to make not only our firefighters, but our department better in every way possible. I'm so excited to be on this amazing board.

Cade Krodle

Cade Krodle is a member of the Dallas Fire Rescue. He recently graduated from Tarleton State and promptly joined DFR. He has had several family members that were firefighters for Dallas and is following in the family business. His greatest like about the Foundation is the way they help not only firefighters but also the families of the department.
